The Process

Your Needs
We meet or have a phone call or Zoom to discuss your needs. A quote is provided outlining all timeframes, expectations inclusions and exclusions.

Quote & Approval
Once the quote is accepted, the first invoice will be issued for the work agreed upon. Work can commence immediately.

We get to work
For each period of the agreement we will undertake the necessary upgrades, backups, updates and maintenance. Should additional work be required in a particular month, agreed hourly or project rates can be set.

Flexibility
Monthly or Annual agreements are flexible and are able to be upgraded at any time should your needs change. Most include your annual website hosting, domain hosting and any additional website add-on subscription costs.

As the individual needs of each business vary, we understand that this service is going to be unique for every one. Perhaps you need daily maintenance of your content, forms, pop up boxes, orders, forums and member areas? Or you could just want an annual check, update and 'refresh'. Maybe you need a monthly blog or newsletter update, some website banner changes and new content added. Or, you could be anywhere in between.
Pricing for website management is based solely on the tasks and regularity you desire.
The above packages give you an idea on pricing and inclusions. We will discuss your ongoing management needs and provide you with a one off invoice or monthly agreement. A retainer agreement may also an option for the bigger jobs that require more regular maintenance and attention.
